Bath Appointments

Bath appointments include a bath & brush, ear cleaning (if needed) and a nail trim (and/or grind). Generally recommended every 1 to 3 months, but this can vary based on various factors such as breed, coat type, activity level and skin conditions. At Clean Paws, all staff go through a formal training program with a local grooming academy to ensure your dog gets the best care, and the best clean!

Tidy Trim Appointments

Tidy Trim appointments (sometimes called a neatening appointment!) include everything in a Bath appointment (see above), with three of the following additional options: Sanitary Trim, Pad Shave, Feather Trim, Face Trim, Feet Trim and Removal of Mats. Sometimes you need a touch-up in between full grooms, or your dog may only need a light trim to keep clean and healthy. A Tidy Trim will be for you! At Clean Paws, all staff who perform Tidy Trims have already completed a formal training program on bathing, and are additionally required to have completed a three-month, in-house mentoring program with one of our groomers to learn these smaller grooming services.

Full Groom Appointments

Full Groom appointments include everything in a Bath appointment (see above), but includes a breed-specific, full-body haircut. Dogs with long hair or thick undercoats are recommended to be groomed about every 10-12 weeks, and silky, wire or curly haired dogs should be groomed every 4-8 weeks. All staff members who perform full grooms are required to have completed a certificate or degree program from a nationally-recognized grooming academy, ensuring they have apprenticed with experts in the field on style, technique, behavioral knowledge, and breed-specific information.

Self-Wash Appointments & Other Services
|
Self-Wash appointments include everything you need to bathe your dog yourself - adjustable, stainless-steel tubs, soap and conditioner, commercial blow dryers, towels and best of all - the mess stays with us after! A Self-Wash Attendant will make sure you are comfortable using the equipment and have the tools you need, and answer any questions you may have. Otherwise, this can be a great alternative to our standard Bath Appointments (see above).
